Had a dope workout today. Did legs supersetting shoulders and threw in some plyo work...then taught a Muscle toning class for 1 hour and trained 2 clients afterwards... feelin beat!!
So my boyfriend is doing his first Fitness Model show (FAP-Atlantic-Apr 25) and his trainer is a friend of ours who now has moved to LA to follow his dreams (www.stevemoyerfitness.com). Now, my boyfriend wants to go out and check him out in LA so that they can train in person before the show and he can see him in person etc etc. But with him dieting for the show, it makes it hard to take any last minute 6hr flights/trips/vacations/etc. He needs to bring his food n bla n it becomes such a hassle... ugh, decisions, decisions.
Picked up a new client today, an old friend of mine who is ready to rock and roll! So excited for her, we are gonna do BIG BIG things! Can't wait til we get started next week =)
I get my new diet plan tomorrow... super excited! I'm training for the Atlantic City Pro/Am in September so I still have some time but I wanted to get started a lil early and possibly hit a warmup show in July or so. I'm pumped, can't wait to get the party started.
Tomorrow - cardio @ 7am - training client @ 9am - training self @ 10am - then home to eat and relax before heading back to work @ 5pm for 6 more clients! Busy day, sleep tight folks!!
