Awww yea, 2009 is here and that means I'm finally able to stop nursing these injuries of mine and hit the weights! It feels like it's been FOREVER since I've been hardcore in the gym so I'm sooo excited to be back in the sack again and hittin em hard. Being injured can really be a disappointment and create a bit of depression so I'm super happy the emotional roller coaster with being on the bench last year is totally over. I will still have to check in with the doc and physical therapist but overall...gym time is here and conditioning/muscle here I come!
Muscle goals for this year:
- Regain muscle that was lost during injury
- Strengthen back to ward off possible injury
- Create some major hammies!
- Conditioning Conditioning Conditioning!!!
